The Inner London Football League – ILFL in partnership with charity partners Seeds of Sadaqah have been busy planning behind the scenes and this Ramadan the team will be rolling out a day of hugely popular, action packed, and jaw dropping football.
The Ramadan Cup is a fast and frenzied community football tournament involving open age and veteran community footballers.
The pace and energy will be immense and competing players will be fasting.
The adrenaline fuelled spectacle will see the top teams from the community coming together for charity.
Charitable giving for Muslims during the month of Ramadan reaches record levels globally and this initiative is encouraging the community to support benevolent causes.

The ILFL Ramadan Cup 2014 in partnership with Seeds of Sadaqah will take place at the Poplar Workhouse, London E14 0AF and kick off at 1pm.
An Iftar box is provided with the entry to enable participants to break the fast with. Teams can also order extra boxes for spectators at a cost of £10 per person.
