International Star Sandeep Lamichhane Inspires Players at National Cricket League Net Session

The National Cricket League (NCL) proudly hosted an exclusive net session featuring Nepal international leg spinner Sandeep Lamichhane, providing aspiring cricketers from across the NCL Sunday League with a memorable opportunity to train alongside one of the game’s most accomplished spin bowlers.

Since making his international debut in 2018, Lamichhane has become one of Nepal’s most influential cricketers, earning a reputation as the nation’s premier leg spinner and ranking among its leading wicket takers in both One Day International and T20 cricket.

His career has also taken him around the world, with appearances in elite franchise competitions including the Indian Premier League, Big Bash League, Caribbean Premier League and Pakistan Super League.

Local players embraced the opportunity to learn from Lamichhane, whose technical guidance, professionalism and wealth of international experience made for an engaging and inspiring session.

The Nepalese star praised both the quality of the facilities and the enthusiasm shown by everyone in attendance.

The National Cricket League wishes Lamichhane every success in his upcoming Nepal T20 selection and looks forward to seeing him continue to represent his country with distinction on the international stage.

NCL Co Founders Nahed Patel and Sajid Patel also extended their sincere gratitude to Gulfraz Riaz, Chairman of the National Asian Cricket Council (NACC), for making the session possible.
