London’s iconic Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park is preparing to welcome runners of all abilities for the Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park 5K & 10K on Saturday, 21 November 2026.
Organised by RunThrough, the event offers participants an opportunity to enjoy a morning of fitness, friendly competition and community spirit in the historic surroundings of London’s Olympic Park.
Both races are scheduled to start at 9:30am, taking runners through the park’s North Park on a flat, tarmac course designed to suit newcomers, recreational runners and experienced athletes chasing personal bests.
The 5K course consists of two laps, while the 10K requires four laps, giving participants a choice of distance to match their goals and fitness levels.
Race entry includes chip-timed results, a themed finisher medal, free race photographs, post-race refreshments and a baggage drop facility. With marshals supporting runners around the course, the event promises an encouraging atmosphere for everyone taking on the challenge.
The event also supports Special Olympics Great Britain, adding a charitable dimension to a morning that celebrates physical activity, inclusion and sporting participation.
Whether aiming for a personal milestone, returning to running or simply enjoying the experience with friends, participants can look forward to a rewarding day at one of London’s most recognisable sporting venues.
