FC Leytonstone have held their player awards at the Imperial Banqueting Hall, High Road, Leytonstone.
The event hosted 400 attendees and included players, coaches, parents and guardians.
FC Leytonstone, established in 2003, was founded by Munaf Abhram, a passionate football volunteer who held great aspirations and a vision to grow this amateur sports club and be inclusive to hard to reach communities who are Under represented in top flight competitions like the English Premier League and Football Leagues.
FC Leytonstone have two adults teams and accommodate different categories and age groups:

Under 10s
Under 11s Boys

Under 12s
Under 13s Tigers
Under 13s Lions
Under 14s Girls

Under 16s
Each age group has two volunteer coaches organising training sessions and match days alongside the required daily planning and delivery of activities.
Sajid Patel, co-founder of the National Cricket League attended the event and commented, “FC Leytonstone’s unbelievable efforts are a collective result of the graft of many passionate volunteers and mentors who serve the next generation of young leaders.
“Well done to all involved with FC Leytonstone and the huge contributions you all make to our local area in general, as a result of which a footballing family has been established as part of the long lasting legacy of this well structured local football club.”
